Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, but a quick call first means your papers can be reviewed before you arrive and you are not kept waiting.
Can everything be done online?
Yes. Online appointments are offered and documents can be shared over WhatsApp or email. Many clients never visit the office at all.
What should I bring for an income tax return?
Usually PAN and Aadhaar, Form 16 if you are salaried, bank interest certificates, details of any property or share transactions, and proof of deductions such as insurance, PPF or home loan interest. You will be told exactly what applies to you on the first call.
How do I pay?
Cash, UPI, Google Pay or bank transfer are all accepted, and a receipt is issued for every payment.
Is there parking?
Yes — free street parking outside the office as well as on-site parking, which makes a visit a lot easier.
